Drawings

The first stage is to produce an accurate measured survey of the existing building following which a proposed scheme or schemes will be prepared and discussed with you before the detailed technical design stage. Applications for planning consent and consent under the Building Regulations will be made to the Local Authority and we will advise you about the constraints placed on the designs by current regulations.

Specifications

We can prepare detailed specifications which are tailored to the individual project and contain precise descriptions of the work to be done and the materials to be used. This, when combined with contract terms and conditions, forms the basis of the tender documents that can be used to obtain competitive quotations from building contractors.
